The processing time for custom orders, including nail sets, is typically 2-5 days before it shipment.


The processing time for beauty supplies typically range from 1-5 days depending on available inventory at time of order.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location & selected shipping method upon checkout. Standard shipping for all orders is Expedited Parcel via Canada Post.

You will be provided with a tracking code upon shipment of your order.

Orders within Canada typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

Orders to the U.S. is typically 7-14 business days for delivery.

Free Shipping on orders of $70 & up applies to Canadian and US residents only.

Our website incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") for all financial transactions. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. 

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTY & TAXES

Domestic:

All taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

International:

All duties and taxes are calculated within the final price before you complete payment. In most cases, this means you won’t have to pay extra charges upon receiving the package (but this does vary depending on the country). If you incorrectly receive a duties invoice, contact us at nailedinthe6ix@gmail.comwith the subject line: Duty & taxes. Duties and taxes are non refundable.

HOW DO I APPLY MY NAIL SET?

First wash your hands and then each nail bed with the alcohol wipes provided.

Then, you want to use the cuticle pusher to clean up your cuticle area.

Next, you want to clean up the edges of your nails with a file and gently buff the surface for ensure lasting adhesion.

You are now all set to apply your new set, apply glue to the well of the nail tip and firmly press and hold for a minute.

Nails are typically adhered with nail glue or optional nail stickers

Optional: Order a bottle of Base Gel & UV Flashlight on Amazon To Cure To Nails (Stays on up to 4 weeks)

HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?

The processing time for press on sets is typically 2-5 days before it shipment depending on the specifications of your order. 

The processing time for beauty supplies typically range from 1-5 days depending on inventory on hand at time of order.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY REUSABLE SET?

Each set is reusable, although build up will occur over time from adhesive. To extend the life of your custom set we recommend avoiding coming into contact with household/chemicals while wearing the nails.

The best way to clean your set is by gently buffing or filing away at the remaining glue, or alternatively soaking the nails in a warm bowl of soapy water and gently scraping away at the glue. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A NAIL SET?

Each set includes 15 reusable nails to ensure if you have replacements (10 with 5 replacements). Each nail set includes as a nail prep kit. Nail prep kits include a cuticle pusher, nail glue, nail file, nail buffer, & alcohol wipe to ensure you have everything you need to apply your set on arrival.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED TO MAKE THE NAILS?

Press On Nail Sets are made from only high quality salon professional products.

The tips used are Après Soft Gel Tips to allow for soak off in acetone. Products used on each set might vary depending on your order but include young nails gel polish, soft gel, hard gel and acrylic as well and glam & glitz products. Only crystals available are Swarovskis.

NAIL SET REMOVAL

Press On Nail Sets are made from Gel, allowing for the to be soaked off in acetone. However, we recommend waiting for the nails to come off themselves or gently trying to lift them using the cuticle pusher (ONLY if they are already somewhat loose). This will keep to maintain to resuability of the set as using acetone will dissolve the gel products.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For health & safety reasons all nail sets and topical products are non-refundable due to the nature of the product/service. Unopened and unused beauty products can be returned for credit or exchanged upon the arrival of the returned product in its confirmed original condition.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping starts at $9.95 CAD. Shipping costs vary depending on your chosen shipping provider. Final costs including shipping will be calculated upon checkout.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Domestic:

We ship orders Monday through Friday (no weekends). Orders placed with standard shipment Canada Post Expedited Parcel should arrive in 2–5 business days. Orders placed with Canada Post Priority Mail should arrive in 1–3 business days.


International:

We ship orders Monday through Friday (no weekends). All international orders with standard shipping are delivered via Canada Post Tracked AirMail and should arrive within 6-12 business days. 


Alternative Provider:

We offer a range of shipping options for you to select from to provide fast and safe delivery at your convenience. Prices for different shipping methods may vary

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you will be provided with tracking information upon the shipment of your order. Please check your email for order updates including tracking information.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes within Canada but we are unable to guarantee delivery estimates or visibility into all tracking updates. We also cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Due to the uncertainty of shipping to P.O. boxes, we strongly encourage shipping to an alternative address (residential or commercial) for a better experience

We are strictly following the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, as well as Salon and Personal Care Procedural Safety Guidelines in accordance with COVID-19 and are taking extra steps to keep our products, employees, and you - our valued customers! - safe. DISINFECTION & SANITIZATION

All products are manufactured in accordance with Personal Care Health and Safety Guidelines. Products are made in a controlled room. Staff are required to wear masks and gloves while in this area preparing products, orders and anything else. All products are sterilized before and after packaging. 

At Nailed In The 6ix we used the FDA approved disinfectant Barbicide (confirmed to kill the COVID19 virus). Your satisfaction AND health and safety is our top priority. Should you have any further questions regarding health and safety do not hesitate to reach out now.

SALON SERVICE CLOSURES

Due to COVID-19 no in person salon services are being provided at this time. Mobile services will begin to resume in accordance with Provincial and Federal Guidelines. Updates regarding when services will resume can be found on Instagram, Facebook & Google.

I GOT MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL, BUT I HAVEN’T HEARD BACK ABOUT MY APPLICATION STATUS

For the most part, you’ll hear back on the status of your application within 2 days of applying. In some cases, we undertake an in-depth manual vetting and verification process that can take longer.

WHY WAS MY APPLICATION TO THE BRAND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM DENIED?


There is limited capacity in the Brand Ambassador program, and we are selective about which customers we admit. So sorry to hear your application wasn't approved. You can reapply to be a Brand Ambassador every 60 days.

I'M TRYING TO USE MY CODE BUT IT'S NOT WORKING. WHAT’S GOING ON?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your code. You can only use each Brand Ambassador code once. Also, Brand Ambassador discount codes do have an expiration date, so it is possible your code may be inactive or expired. If you have just received your code, take a moment to confirm that you are making a purchase using the same email address associated with the Brand Ambassador program. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BRAND AMBASSADOR AND THE INFLUENCER PROGRAMS?

Our Influencer program is not associated with the Brand Ambassador program, and accessible by invitation only.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR REWARDS AND REFERRAL PROGRAM?

Unlike the Brand Ambassador program, all Nailed In The 6ix customers have access to our Rewards and Referral Programs. Getting access to our Rewards and Referral program is as easy as signing up for an account. Our Rewards Program allows you to earn points a few different ways – e.g. by engaging with our brand, purchasing products, or celebrating a birthday.

As part of the program, Brand Ambassadors must complete at least 2 qualifying activities as defined in the Terms and Conditions every 60 days to maintain their Brand Ambassador status. IS THERE ANY COST ASSOCIATED WITH THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM?

No, the Brand Ambassador program is free to join, and there are no fees associated with it. To maintain their status, Ambassadors must complete at least two engagement activities every 60 days.

WHAT IS A 'QUALIFYING ACTIVITY'?

Ambassadors maintain their status by completing at least two qualifying activities every 60 days. These types of activities include but are not limited to making a purchase, another customer using your social share code to make a purchase, or having any of your social content shared by another user.
